We feel so good when we exercise because endorphins will be release when our bodies became strees.Which is stenuouns exercise. These chemicals in our brain helps us deal with our stress. This type of 'HIGH' is healthy cause it obtained naturally.

But If we choose to get high with abusing subtanses,we entering a downard spiral harm.Take an example from a reality TV series Simple Life star 'Nicole Richie's' book. She was recently convicted of driving under the influence of drugs in California'USA.As a result, she end up griving in the wrong side of the espressway that risks many lives including her own.The drugs prevent to think wisely.Nicole Richie have to spend 90 hours in prisons and three years under probation.

She was fine US$2,048(S$3,100).It might be small sum of money for the celebrity but this have cause strain between Nicole ahd the father. No parents want thier son/daughter depent on drugs. It is not about staying away away from just drugs, but to stay away from things that impair our ability to make good judement so that we do not end up in bigger trouble.
