Save The Earth Drive

Since the industrial revolution, vast amounts of pollution have led to a global warning crisis.Studies show that CO2 emmissions make up 83 per cent of greenhouse gases.Cars play a big part of providing CO2.According to the enviromental action organisation based in United State, the second largest source is car, which create nearly 1.5 billions tons of CO2.The good news is that we can all cut our CO2 by changing the way we think about trasport.Enviromentalists say the the first thing we should do is cut back on short car rides.
Walking or cycling to the shops and schools instead of asking of asking someone to drive. If you have to drive to your destinations, make kilometre count by opting to car pool with friends or neighbour. The British goverment created a website to advise motorist on which cars are the greenest. It ranked based on how muchit produce CO2.Next time,if you want to buy a car,do some research and consider your options carefully. You can make a difference.

One of the best feelings to have is the 'HIGH' that we engage in our favaurite sport. We feel so good when we exercise because endorphins will be release when our bodies became strees.Which is stenuouns exercise. These chemicals in our brain helps us deal with our stress. This type of 'HIGH' is healthy cause it obtained naturally.

But If we choose to get high with abusing subtanses,we entering a downard spiral harm.Take an example from a reality TV series Simple Life star 'Nicole Richie's' book. She was recently convicted of driving under the influence of drugs in California'USA.As a result, she end up griving in the wrong side of the espressway that risks many lives including her own.The drugs prevent to think wisely.Nicole Richie have to spend 90 hours in prisons and three years under probation.

She was fine US$2,048(S$3,100).It might be small sum of money for the celebrity but this have cause strain between Nicole ahd the father. No parents want thier son/daughter depent on drugs. It is not about staying away away from just drugs, but to stay away from things that impair our ability to make good judement so that we do not end up in bigger trouble.
